As NAPO stazed his reasons of submitting motion i think he must be realistic towards his complains.
Mr Lebesa previously gave the facts that NAPO was asked of his wifw who earnd municipal money as her monthly Salary whilw she doesnt report on duty usualy as employees do, NAPO’s wife was stealing COMMUNITY money every month. meaning they were fraudung our municipality.
NAPO must tell us as commuty that he sees that as good thing to be done in our municipality.
NAPO must use his motion streng and power to support developments within municipality and assist in service delivery instead of his motions.
NAPO must also tell us what he achieved since the begining of his position as .MMC .
NAPO is a purped which waisting any transformation in our municipality therefire his motion should not be taken into concideration.
NAPO failed two times in his motions and i dont believe he will succeed .
i believe that also map16 are part of this motion they are the one using and foolish napo at the same time.
