Notice is hereby given in terms of section 127(5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Act No.56 of 2003 that Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality has approved and adopted documents mentioned hereunder in it’s council sitting which was held on 30th January 2025.

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORT 2024/2025

The Executive Mayor of Thabo Mofutsanyana District Municipality, Cllr Conny Msibi, in terms of Section 21, A of the Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, hereby invites all interested stakeholders, parties, structures and organisations to check and or submit comments or inputs regarding the 2023/2024 Annual Report.

The local community, interested stakeholders, parties, structures and organizations are invited to submit written presentations on the Annual Report 2023/2024 within 21 days from the 31st January 2025 to 20th February 2025 for the attention of the undersigned. Any person who cannot read or write will be assisted at the municipal office in the town where the person is a resident. Documentation will be available at the local municipal offices and libraries at Dihlabeng, Setsoto, Maluti A Phofung, Nketoana, Mantsopa and Phumelela.
