BID INVITATIONS
MALUTI-A-PHOFUNG WATER (SOC) LTD HEREBY INVITED SUITABLE BIDS FOR THE FOLLOWING GOODS AND SERVICES:

Requirements:
Bid documents will be obtainable as on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at 12h00 at Maluti-a-Phofung Water (Soc) Ltd offices (Harrismith and Phuthaditjhaba) upon payment of a
R1 000.00 non-refundable cash fee at cashiers of Maluti-a-Phofung Water (Soc) Ltd) during office hours between 08h00-16h00 OR EFT on

Proof of payment must reflect the bid number and bidder’s name as reference.

  • Original valid tax clearance certificate or tax status pin must be attached
  • Copy of company registration certificate reflecting active members must be attached
  • All supplementary forms including municipal rates clearance certificate for contained in thebid documents must be completed in full or prrof that the municipal rates are not in arreas for not more than three months
  • Certified copy of B-BBEE Compliant certificate
  • Bidders must be registered with CSD (Central Supplier Database), attach CSD summary report.
  • Sealed enevlopes clearly indicating : The description of the project and reference of the bid.


PLEASE NOTE:
1. No telegraphic, telefax and late Bids will be accepted.
2. No bids will be accepted from the persons in the service of state
3. Maluti-a-Phofung Water (Soc) Ltd reserve the right to accept all, some or none of the bids and is not bound to accept the lowest Bid, part of any Bid.
4. Maluti-a-Phofung Water (Soc) Ltd reserve the right not to award the bid in full.
5. Bids will be adjudicated in terms of Municipal Supply Chain management policy and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No 5 of 2017 ( 80/20 preferential points allocation system will be applied Preferential Procurement Regulations)
6. Preference points will be awarded to service providers using their B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit showing their level contribution.
7. Only one submission for this bid will be considered from the bidder.
8. Failure to comply with the above mentioned conditions may invalidate your bid.
9. Should you not receive any correspondence from the entity in 120 days regard your bid as unsuccessful.
10. Communication will be limited to successful bidders.
