Free State MEC for Community Safety, Roads and Transport, Jabu Mbalula, has announced that six roads in Qwaqwa are set to be rehabilitated. Meanwhile, EPWP beneficiaries have raised concerns over alleged tampering with the names on raffle lists, and subcontractors say the low rates paid to them are pushing them into debt and damaging their credit records.
