He was supposed to appear in Phuthaditjhaba magistrate court with his co-accused, Thabiso Skhosana and Dimakatso Skhosana who were released on a one hundred and fifty thousand rand bail per person yesterday, 01 August.
His attorney, Makhosi Radebe told the court that he did not disappear as it was reported. He claims there were various important reasons why his client failed to appear in court yesterday.
