MEC leads government delegation on Basotho New Year celebrations

Free State MEC for sports, arts, culture and recreation Zanele NtombiZanele Sifuba who led government delegations at Basotho Cultural Village located in the mountainous area between Clarens and Qwa Qwa to celebrate the begining of a new Basotho year, wished Basotho a prosperous year ahead.
