Tsebo school raises FS flag high in Chess

Three female learners from Tsebo secondary school have put their school on the map by representing the Cheetah province ,Free State in the national winter game champions.
The game took place from July 3 to 7 ,2023 in Benoni .

According to Tsebo secondary school, Tshepiso Senyane Tsebo was the only school which had three learners who participated at this level.


“Learners who represented us are Khotle Keletso who won five games out of seven.She became the best U15 girls in the whole Free State province. In the second position is Khanyisile ‘Pumpkin’ Lukhele who won four and half games.The third position learner Mokoena Seipati who played under 18 category,did not have a good tournament.She only managed one and half games.”


Senyane said in all sporting codes ,FS attained position four .
“We belief that the province can perform better in extra mural activities as it has shown in academics results.”
