Free State MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation, Ntombizanele Sifuba, says the recalibrated Mangaung African Cultural Festival (MACUFE) is being repositioned as a celebration of the province’s rich cultural heritage rather than only a music entertainment event. She said the festival has adapted to the post-COVID-19 economic landscape to ensure its long-term sustainability.
