“I stand here before you to report about the untimely passing of our committed servant by the name of Tumelo Thulo whom you all know that he once served as a councillor in the Maluti-a-Phofung local municipality. Last night around 10:30 hours I received a call about his passing on.

This morning we tried to communicate with the family to find out about the arrangements and the confirmation of sudden passing of Tumelo Thulo.
