PUBLIC NOTICE: INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) AND BUDGET PROCESS PLAN 2026/2027 (2025/2026 FINANCIAL YEAR)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000, Section 28, that the Local Council of Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality approved the IDP and Budget Process Plan 2026/2027 in a Council meeting held on 4th September 2025 at Phuthaditjhaba Multi-purpose hall.

Community members and all stakeholders are encouraged to view the document at Municipal Offices and Libraries in Phuthaditjhaba, Kestel and Harrismith.
