With 36 years of service in the South African Police Service with a senior rank of Brigadier, provincial head of corporate and communication division in the province Motansi Makhele have hanged his boots from the service on Monday September 30.
The seasoned communicator served as a spin doctor for the service for the last 20 years with uninterrupted 36 years of loyal service.
