FINAL REVIEWED 2023/24 INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND 2023/2024 – 2025/2026 MEDIUM TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) BUDGET
Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 21 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Local Governmet: Munucipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, read with Section 16 (1) of the Local Governmet: Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 56 of 2003 that the Executive Mayor of the Maluti-A-Phofung Local Municipality has, at a Special Council Meeting held on 23 June 2022 at Bluegubusch Multipurpose Hall, tabled and approved the municipality’s reviewed 2023 – 2024 Integrated Development Plan, 2023/2024 – 2025/2026 MTREF Budget, Budget Related Policies, Tariffs and Budget Adjustment 2022/2023.


Community member and all interested parties are therefore encouraged and invited to make comments on the documents.


Copies of the municipality’s reviewed 2023 – 2024 Integrated Development Plan and 2023/2024 – 2025/2026 MTREF Budget are available for inspection at all Municipal Offices and Libraries in Phuthaditjhaba, Kestel and Harrismith. The electronic copies of these documents can also be requested from the Manager: IDP and PMS at email: sfaku46@gmail.com or Manager: Budget at email: nratengportiakhumalo@gmail.com and fs194budgetoffice@gmail.com.
