QWAQWA-Parents in Free State province have until July 30, 2021 to register their children for 2022 academic year.

The department of Education says it has made forms available at schools to enable parents to apply for registration of their children on time..

This will assist the placement of leaners  and classes commencement on time.

In a statement the department stipulates the following requirements for registration :the child’s birth certificate, parents’ Identity documents or proof of guardian’s documents, proof that a child has been immunized for polio and measles, tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus, and a hepatitis, Parents must also include child’s most recent school report if currently enrolled at any school.
