Political Analyst Valerio Manzini says the recent Ramaphosa’s speech praising DA and encouraging ANC councillors to learn from DA, should be taken as an admission that the DA was doing better than the ANC and that his party is failing those on the ground roots municipality level.But it can also be seen as a tactical move by Ramaphosa to acknowledge that DA is succeeding and he is positioning himself as a better leader able to face the reality and softening resident’s anger with self awareness.
